International wine symposium for Hobart
From 31 January to February 4, wine academics and industry representatives from around the world will meet at the Grand Chancellor Hotel in Hobart. The symposium is featured in a professionally produced video on YouTube to advertise and promote the event.
Features of the 8th ICCS (Hobart, 2012) include:
